Each heat exchanger is tailor made to meet each customer's individual requirements. The materials of construction can include Stainless Steel, Hastelloy and other Exotic materials. All heat exchangers are designed and manufactured to International standards, including PD5500:2000, ASME VIII, and TEMA. Pharmaceutical heat exchangers also conform to the ASME BioProcessing Equipment-1997 quality standard. All fabrication, welding and polishing is carried out by our skilled craftsmen to extremely high and exacting standards. Welding is carried out against approved Hickey weld procedures to BS EN 288, and by our qualified welders approved to BS EN 287.  Polishing is carried out to varying degrees of finish, including electropolishing for extremely high and exacting specifications, according to individual industry requirements.  A dta book is supplied with each heat exchanger and contains all design, manufacturing, and testing details.
